Insurance can be complicated, and we understand this.
Bayside Chiropractic is a self pay clinic & registered as an out of network provider. We will provide you with a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement based upon your policy. Most PPO health insurances have out of network benefits that our services qualify for.
When you arrive at your first appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we can best estimate what your insurance will cover. Please keep in mind that each insurance policy and coverage is different.
