Insurance can be complicated, and we understand this.
At Bayside Chiropractic we are non-network providers. We accept most PPO Health Insurance (Select Out-Of-Network Plans). We are happy to file insurance claims and verify benefits as a courtesy to you. Please bring all necessary insurance information with you to your first visit.
When you arrive at your first appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we can best estimate what your insurance will cover. Please keep in mind that each insurance policy and coverage is different.
